APPOINTMENTS

In an effort to offer our customers the fastest service possible and minimize waiting time, Texas Track Works requires that customers schedule an appointment for all services. Appointments can be scheduled over the phone, through email, or in person. Due to our very busy schedule, we recommend that you contact us a week prior to your preferred service date. If you cannot make your scheduled service time or if you will be more than 10 minutes late, please let us know as soon as possible. This will help us ensure all customers receive quality and timely service.

SERVICE WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our labor services. This warranty includes our labor services only and does not cover parts or manufacturer defects. All parts warranties must be handled with the part manufacturer directly. Any faulty/failed parts purchased through Texas Track Works will be replaced at no charge to the customer. We are happy to install customer-provided parts, however, we cannot offer any warranty on those items. Furthermore, if there are issues installing or removing customer-provided parts due to manufacturer defects or improper fitting, the customer is responsible for all additional labor charges.

PARTS STORAGE POLICY

All parts will be returned to the customer per their request. Due to a lack of space, we cannot store customer parts indefinitely. Therefore any parts, wheels or tires left at Texas Track Works beyond one week will be subject to a $10 per day storage fee beginning the first week, unless prior arrangements are made. All parts, wheels or tires left at our facility for over 30 days will become the property of Texas Track Works and may be disposed of.
