With over 54 years of combined track event experience\, organizational management skills and customer service we are the longest running performance driving business in the SW region. Serving over 5800 drivers and their track speed needs\, it’s The Drivers Edge passion to teach performance driving\, and personal touch that keeps the drivers coming back for more. \nThe first day starts out with driver’s meeting. Drivers are already pre-assigned into one of four different levels of run groups with in-car instructors assigned accordingly. Each run group has instructional classes each day in-between their 8 on-track run sessions over the course of the weekend. Each time a Novice or Intermediate driver goes on the track they will have an assigned instructor seated beside them for live feedback\, guidance\, instruction and evaluation at the end of the course to be able to further guide us in serving your performance driving needs… Drivers describe The Drivers Edge events as an intense learning experience with seamless organization\, challenging yet fun family friendly environment. \nTexas Track works typically offers trackside support and tire service at DE events; look for our TTW flag and trailer.

DESCRIPTION:Last Friday of almost every month in 2016 will be Open House/Happy Hour at Texas Track Works. We will open our doors and parking lot to anyone who wants to stop by to hang out and talk cars\, track days & racing. Most of the time we will show in car footage from some of our recent races or televised footage (World Challenge\, IMSA\, Continental Tire\, etc.). Feel free to bring a friend and spread the word. The free food (usually BBQ\, tacos\, or pizza & a fully stocked fridge) is first come\, first served\, so get here early. We often do an informative walk through of an annual tech inspection for a race car competing in NASA or BMWCCA.
